Project presentation
The project aims to meet the need for exchanges and capacity & knowledge building of small European island managers in terms of the circular economy. It focuses on strengthening solidarity between EU islands, by pursuing the following objectives and results:
- Strengthen the capacities of small islands and less experienced European organisations to work in a network.
- Strengthen the technical skills of project partners in the areas of circular economy and adaptation to climate change.
- Strengthen European cooperation.
- Expand SMILO’s network and catalog of concrete actions which shares and promotes good practices for the sustainable management of small islands.
